Field Sales Capability Manager

As the Sales Capability Development Specialist at Rentokil PCI, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Field Visits with CSE & On-the-Job Training: - Conduct Sales Visits with CSEs: Regularly observe live sales calls to assess team performance, provide feedback, and coaching. - Improve Quotes: Support CSEs in enhancing quotes by upselling, asking for references, and improving quote quality. - Sales Process Reinforcement & Adherence: Monitor and coach sales teams to ensure consistent adherence to defined sales processes. - Facilitate Role-Playing and Skill Practice: Organize role-playing exercises to help sales teams practice and refine key sales skills. - Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis: - Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor branch and individual sales team performance against agreed KPIs. - Analyze Performance Data & Identify Gaps: Interpret sales data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and areas requiring coaching interventions. - Report on Progress, Insights, and Recommendations: Prepare reports summarizing progress, observations, challenges, and recommendations for further action. - Branch Manager Collaboration & Support: - Collaborate with Branch Managers: Establish relationships to understand branch-specific goals, challenges, and update the Sales Capability Manager on progress. Requirements: - Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in the service industry or pest control. - Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. - Exceptional Coaching and Feedback Skills. - Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Skills. - Strong Analytical and Data Interpretation Skills. - Proactive, Self-Motivated, and Results-Oriented. - Proficiency in Systems and Sales Tools. - Willingness to Travel Frequently within Assigned Territory.
