Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to source Unsecured Business Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) files through the open market, including direct customer engagement, DSA/connector management, and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a good understanding of credit and lending processes, and the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively source customers for unsecured business loans and LAP from the open market.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in terms of file logins and disbursements.
Conduct preliminary assessment of customer profile, documents, and loan eligibility.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
Educate customers about loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and turnaround times.
Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy pipeline of active leads.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI/NBFC regulations during the entire loan process.
Maintain accurate MIS and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).
Experience: 0.6-7 years in loan sales (preferably unsecured business loans or LAP); Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
Industry Background: NBFC / Banks / Fintech / Financial Distribution firms.
Strong knowledge of unsecured lending and property-based lending processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
Ability to work independently, travel locally, and manage time effectively.
Performance Metrics:
Number of loan files sourced (logins & disbursements).
TAT from lead generation to disbursal.
Quality of leads and customer profile.
Customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
