Position Details Position: Senior Recruiter(Field hiring) Company: 2COMS Location: Bangalore Experience: At least 1 year experience as a Team Leader or 2 years as a Senior Recruiter Responsibilities Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader or 2 years as a Senior Recruiter. Capable of supervising 3-4 team members in the specified area. Familiarity with recruiting for Warehouse/Dark store/Hyper Local Store positions such as Picker, Packer, Shorter, Loader, Un-loaders, etc. Proficiency in bulk hiring. Managing Warehouse clients. Mandatory possession of a two-wheeler for daily travel within the city.
