Field Recruiter

Blue Collar Field Recruiter We are hiring a Blue Collar Field Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing and hiring skilled manpower such as masons, electricians, plumbers, welders , helpers, and other worker categories. The role includes field recruitment , vendor management , and on-ground mobilization support.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and execute field-level recruitment drives across different locations

● Collaborate and coordinate with local recruitment vendors to ensure manpower targets are met

● Visit field locations, training centers, or labor hubs to identify potential candidates

● Screen candidates for skill, attitude, and basic documentation

● Coordinate with internal HR and operations teams for on-boarding and deployment

● Ensure verification of candidate documents and background

● Monitor recruitment vendor performance and share feedback/report

● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled and semi-skilled candidates

● Maintain records and daily reporting of recruitment progress

Requirements :

❖ Minimum 2 years of experience in blue collar/field recruitment

❖ Good understanding of trades like mason, plumber, electrician, welder , etc.

❖ Experience in vendor coordination and local workforce sourcing

❖ Strong communication and negotiation skills

❖ Willingness to travel extensively for on-ground hiring

❖ Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

❖ Ability to work independently and handle recruitment targets under deadlines
