Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Recruiter located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates to meet the staffing needs of our logistics operations. Daily tasks include developing job postings, screening resumes, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and maintaining relationships with potential candidates. The Field Recruiter will also liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide regular recruitment reports. Qualifications Experience in sourcing and managing candidates, including resume screening and interviewing skills Ability to develop job postings and coordinate hiring processes Effective communication and relationship management skills Familiarity with recruitment practices within the logistics and e-commerce sectors Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the logistics and staffing industry is a plus
