Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment of skilled and certified coaches across multiple sports (badminton, football, pickleball, cricket, etc.).
• Build and maintain a strong database and pipeline of coaches.
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluations to ensure high-quality hiring.
• Manage offer rollouts, onboarding, and documentation.
• Build strategic partnerships with sports colleges, physical education institutions, and universities.
• Organize and lead campus recruitment drives for trainee and entry-level coaching talent.
• Develop long-term campus programs to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
• Build relationships with sports communities, academies, and associations to expand reach.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position company as the preferred destination for sports coaches.
• Monitor and track performance of coaches with structured feedback systems.
• Coordinate training, orientation, and certification programs for coaches.
• Handle contracts, payroll inputs, and compliance for coaching staff.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in sports recruitment or talent acquisition (minimum 2–4 years).
• Strong network in the sports/education sector with prior exposure to hiring coaches or trainers.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across NCR for recruitment, campus drives, and events.
• Passion for sports and understanding of India’s sports ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/PGDM in HR, Sports Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR recruitment experience (preferably in sports, fitness, or education industry).
• Candidates with a strong sports recruitment background will be preferred.
