Job Description

Conduct field recruitment drives across hubs, hotspots, and franchise areas
Source riders through offline channels local agents, posters, and community engagement
Assist candidates with app-based onboarding (KYC, training, and documentation on Kaptaan App)
Track daily onboarding and activation numbers and report to city leads.
Coordinate with central teams for smooth activation and issue resolution (e.g., KYC rejection, login issues)
Promote key earning opportunities and campaigns to potential riders.
Identify high-potential local hiring zones and build rider supply pipelines.
Ensure adherence to compliance and documentation standards.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 1-2 years of field sales or recruitment experience (preferably in logistics or gig platforms).
Strong communication skills in local language(s) and Hindi/English.
Smartphone proficiency (using apps, forms, KYC tools).
Comfortable working in the field with daily targets.
Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
