Join us in building a green and profitable future — one rider at a time. 🌱⚡ Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and proactive Field Recruiter to join our growing team in Delhi NCR. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and engaging delivery riders for our EV fleet program through on-ground recruitment activities, partnerships, and referral drives . Key Responsibilities Actively recruit delivery riders through field visits, local campaigns, and tie-ups (e.g., parking lots, delivery hubs, public places). Conduct on-the-spot interviews and document verification . Drive referral programs to boost rider recruitment. Coordinate with the operations and fleet team for smooth onboarding. Maintain accurate records of candidates and daily recruitment reports. Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets for assigned delivery partners (Amazon, Rapido, etc.). Promote EV91’s rider benefits and create a positive first impression with candidates. Requirements 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline). 0–3 years of experience in field sales, delivery recruitment, or operations preferred. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
