Job Description

The Field Officer will be responsible for conducting and managing field trials across the state, directly engaging with farmers, introducing our products, addressing their concerns and ensuring effective product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct and manage field trials for bio and organic inputs.

Conduct seminars and group discussions.

Prepare PPT presentations.

Meet customers to provide solutions.

Understand farmer requirements and provide timely feedback to the company.

Ensure proper demonstration of products and their benefits.

Prepare periodic reports on field performance and customer feedback.

Reports to Channel Manager.

Qualifications Skills

Education:
Graduate in Agriculture or related fields.

Experience:

Freshers may apply; 0 1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong problem solving and interpersonal abilities.

Willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred:
Male candidates.
