* Lead and manage a team field staff, including technicians, electricians, and vendors, for meter installation and consumer indexing.
* Coordinate with contractors, and vendors for smooth execution of smart meter projects. * Maintain and verify MI (Meter Installation) and CI (Consumer Indexing) data, ensuring accuracy and quality compliance. * Conduct daily and monthly reporting to HO and clients * Ensure proper records management for inward and outward materials, vendor allocation, and subcontractor coordination. * Handle consumer grievance redressal, resolve * Prepare project reports, and documentation as required by management. * Monitor project progress, track variance, and advise corrective actions to ensure timely completion. * Identify operational gaps, propose solutions, and implement large-scale corrective measures.
* B-tech/Diploma (Electrical) or equivalent technical background.
* 2-3 years of proven experience in smart meter projects. * Hands-on experience with project supervision, customer handling, and vendor management.
