We are seeking a dedicated Area Officer to manage and oversee our security operations.
Location: Pune
Salary: Competitive – Based on experience & interview performance
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide security staff across sites
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct
Manage manpower deployment and duty rosters
Conduct regular & surprise site inspections
Coordinate with clients to maintain high service standards
Train and develop guards & supervisors
Prepare reports and handle incidents efficiently
Ideal Candidate :-
2–4 years of experience in security operations / field supervision (preferred)
Strong leadership & communication skills
Proactive, disciplined, and client-focused
Willingness to travel to multiple sites as needed
