Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager - Technical located in Secunderabad. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and performing analytical tasks to support account management. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding client needs, and delivering technical solutions to meet those needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Key Accounts and Account Management skills - Technical
• Proficient in Business Planning and Customer Service
• Excellent Analytical Skills to support account management
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with team members
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Electrical/ Mechanical
• Experience in the technical industry is a must
