Job OverviewThe Field Officer will play a crucial role in managing and monitoring the field operations of EzyHelpers. This position involves supervising staff, ensuring operational efficiency, conducting quality controls, analyzing data, and liaising with local authorities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to improving the effectiveness of our services. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervising StaffOversee and manage field staff to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Developing StrategiesDevelop and implement strategies to improve field operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. Focus on onboarding new helpers to increase supply, including organizing recruitment events, stalls, and surveys. Conducting Quality ControlsVerify the backgrounds of helpers, including their experience, address, previous employer, and neighborhood verification. Conduct regular checks to ensure the quality of services provided by the helpers. Analyzing DataCollect and analyze data from various sources to gain insights into the settlement areas of helpers and other relevant factors. Use data analysis to inform decision-making and improve the acquisition and onboarding process. LiaisoningLiaise with local authorities, associations, and other stakeholders to facilitate placements and onboarding. Handle any escalations or issues that may arise in the field. Conducting Surveys and EventsOrganize and conduct surveys to gather feedback and insights from helpers and clients. Plan and execute events, stalls, and other activities to promote the company's services and recruit new helpers. Reporting and DocumentationMaintain accurate records of all field activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and quality control checks. Prepare regular reports on field operations and present findings to senior management. Community EngagementEngage with local communities to build relationships and promote the company's services. Address any concerns or issues raised by community members in a timely and professional manner. QualificationsEducation: Any degree, Social Work, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field operations, preferably in the domestic help or service industry. Skills:Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting I.e. basic excel operations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
