Telecalling Executive

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, following a provided script and meeting daily targets. Responsibilities: Conduct daily outbound calls to a provided list of potential customers. Deliver prepared sales scripts to engage prospects and assess their needs. Meet or exceed daily call and conversion targets. Maintain accurate records of call activity and customer information using our CRM system. Follow up on leads and provide exceptional customer service to convert prospects into customers. Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and stay updated on company offerings. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support the department's overall success. Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to persuade and overcome objections. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
