Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi (On-site) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Industry: Furniture & Home Decor Experience Required: 1–3 years in operations, production, or procurement (furniture/interiors preferred) Employment Type: Full-time (In-office) About the Role: Viena Lifestyle is seeking a hands-on and organized Production & Operations Executive to join our backend team. This role involves end-to-end coordination of custom and ongoing furniture orders, including vendor follow-ups, purchasing materials, managing production timelines, supervising factory activities, and ensuring timely deliveries and packaging. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and coordination skills, be proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Order Management & Production Coordination Track and manage customer orders through their production lifecycle Coordinate with in-house team and vendors to get production updates and resolve issues Maintain timelines and ensure orders are progressing as scheduled 🧾 Procurement & Material Management Arrange and procure raw materials, fittings, hardware, and accessories required for production Maintain good relations with vendors and negotiate for quality and pricing Monitor stock levels and make timely purchases to avoid delays 🏭 Factory & Worker Supervision Work closely with the factory team to ensure day-to-day production activities run smoothly Supervise workers and assist in organizing manpower based on order requirements Report issues or delays in real time and help resolve bottlenecks on the floor 📦 Packaging & Delivery Coordination Oversee the packaging process to ensure products are safely packed and ready for dispatch Coordinate with logistics partners or internal team for timely dispatch and delivery of orders Maintain delivery records and track pending shipments 📋 Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed records of purchase orders, delivery notes, and vendor communications Update order status reports and share progress with relevant teams Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, production, or supply chain Background in furniture/interior or manufacturing industry preferred Strong coordination and follow-up skills Familiar with basic purchase and stock documentation Should be comfortable working with factory workers, vendors, and logistics teams Organized, proactive, and capable of handling day-to-day challenges independently Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email) Why Join Us? Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, English-proficient Sales & Chat Support Executive to join our team at our Kirti Nagar office. The primary responsibility is to handle chat-based customer queries (mainly via WhatsApp), offer guidance, and help customers make informed purchases. This role also includes phone support, email follow-ups, and CRM management for tracking and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in customer handling and online sales, ideally in the furniture or decor industry.
