Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, English-proficient Sales & Chat Support Executive to join our team at our Kirti Nagar office. The primary responsibility is to handle chat-based customer queries (mainly via WhatsApp), offer guidance, and help customers make informed purchases. This role also includes phone support, email follow-ups, and CRM management for tracking and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in customer handling and online sales, ideally in the furniture or decor industry. Key Responsibilities: 💬 Chat Support (Primary Role): Provide real-time customer assistance via WhatsApp and other chat platforms Answer product queries, offer buying assistance, and guide customers toward purchase decisions Maintain fast, accurate, and professional communication 📞 Phone Support (Secondary Role): Call customers who prefer voice interaction or have not responded on chat Offer personalized product assistance and help close deals 📧 Email Communication: Send quotes, product information, and important follow-ups via email professionally 📊 CRM & Sales Follow-Up: Update and manage leads in the company CRM Track interactions, schedule follow-ups, and convert leads into successful sales 🛋️ Product Understanding (Preferred): Experience in furniture or home decor industry is a plus Should be able to explain product specs, materials, and usage clearly Requirements: Fluent English speaking and excellent typing skills are mandatory Ability to handle fast-paced chat communication and multitasking Clear and confident phone etiquette Experience with CRM tools and online customer handling At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales/support (furniture/decor preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Benefits: Be part of a growing furniture brand with design-driven products Comfortable office environment in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi Fixed working hours (no night shifts) Career growth opportunities within the company
