The role involves making a wide range of furniture items such as beds, sofas, chairs, tables, cabinets, and custom-designed pieces as per orders. Candidates must have strong knowledge of woodwork, upholstery base-making, cutting, assembling, polishing readiness, and attention to detail. We offer good pay packages with options to work on monthly salary or contract (per piece/per project) basis. Responsibilities (English)Manufacturing and assembling wooden furniture (beds, sofas, chairs, tables, wardrobes, etc.) Reading and understanding design drawings, measurements, and templates Cutting, shaping, and joining wood, ply, and board with accuracy Coordinating with upholstery and finishing teams for sofa/bed making Ensuring quality standards and durability of finished furniture Working with power tools, machines, and hand tools safely Finishing basic tasks such as sanding, drilling, fitting hardware, etc. Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workshop Requirements (English)Proven experience as a furniture carpenter (minimum 2–5 years preferred) Ability to make complete furniture independently or with a team Knowledge of different woods, plywood, MDF, and joinery methods Familiarity with modern and traditional furniture styles Ability to work efficiently with deadlines Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Salary & Benefits (English)Good pay – Salary basis (monthly) or Contract basis (per piece/project) Overtime pay as per company norms Opportunity to work on premium furniture projects for a reputed brand Growth and long-term association in a stable setup
