Telecaller Outbound

About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales and marketing team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Uber Decor’s furniture and décor products, generating leads, and supporting the sales team by booking appointments and following up. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport over the phone. ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to prospective customers from given databases or leads Introduce the company’s furniture and décor products and explain offerings clearly Generate interest, qualify leads, and pass them on to the sales team for conversion Follow up on previous inquiries, quotations, or leads to close deals Maintain accurate call logs, customer details, and feedback in CRM/sheets Achieve daily/weekly calling targets assigned by the management Handle basic inbound queries politely and redirect to the right department when needed Provide feedback from customers and market insights to improve sales strategy RequirementsMinimum 6 months to 2 years of telecalling / telesales / BPO experience preferred (freshers with excellent communication may apply) Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Confidence, patience, and persistence in cold calling Ability to handle rejections positively and continue outreach Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for record-keeping Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Work Schedule Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off) Salary & Benefits Fixed monthly salary (as per experience) plus incentive Incentives may be considered for high performance (optional, as per company policy) Training and support from the sales team Opportunity to grow into senior sales or client-handling roles
