We are hiring a Technical System Installer / Field Installation Engineer for our Smart Home Electronics & Automation division. The role involves on-site installation, fitting, testing, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting of smart home, audio-video, security, networking, and automation systems across Delhi, NCR, and Meerut.
This role requires strong hands-on technical skills, field discipline, site coordination ability, and willingness to work long hours when required.

IT & Low-Voltage Systems
Accurate mounting, fitting, wiring, termination, and labeling of all equipment.
Reading and executing technical drawings, layouts, and wiring diagrams.
Ensuring installations meet company standards, safety norms, and aesthetics.
2. Field Work & Site HandlingVisit residential villas, apartments, offices, showrooms, and commercial sites.
Coordinate with:
Clients
Site supervisors
Interior designers
Electricians and civil teams
Ensure clean, damage-free, and professional work execution at client premises.
Willingness to work full day, extended hours, and weekends if required.
3. Testing, Commissioning & HandoverTesting of all installed systems for:
Functionality
Connectivity
Performance
Final commissioning and basic client demonstration of installed systems.
Rectifying minor issues during handover stage.
Supporting service team during warranty or post-installation visits.
4. Tools, Materials & DocumentationProper use and care of tools, testers, ladders, and installation equipment.
Responsible handling of company materials and devices.
Updating job cards, installation checklists, and basic service reports.
Reporting material shortages, site constraints, or technical challenges to seniors.
Technical Skill RequirementsMandatory SkillsStrong knowledge of:
Low-voltage wiring
Structured cabling (LAN, CAT6, Fiber basics)
CCTV camera installation (IP & Analog)
Basic networking concepts
Experience in handling:
Amplifiers, speakers, AV receivers
Projectors & displays
Automation controllers & sensors
Ability to drill, mount, conceal wiring, and finish installations neatly.
