An Airtel Installation Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, and activating Airtel telecom services at customer locations. This includes broadband, fiber, DTH, and enterprise connectivity solutions. The engineer ensures proper cabling, device setup (ONT, router, set-top box), and service testing to meet quality standards. They also provide basic customer guidance on service usage, troubleshoot installation issues, coordinate with technical teams when required, and complete service documentation while following safety and company protocols.
