Job Description

As a Field Executive at our growing home textile brand, your primary role will involve on-ground sales support, retailer and distributor management, field marketing activities, and ensuring proper brand visibility. Your experience in textiles or FMCG field operations, along with strong negotiation skills, will be crucial in driving market growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Visiting retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell home textile products like bedsheets, curtains, towels, etc. - Expanding distribution channels and onboarding new retailers/distributors to increase market reach. - Achieving monthly sales targets and ensuring timely order booking and delivery follow-ups. - Conducting regular market visits to monitor product placement, display standards, and brand visibility. - Collecting market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions. - Supporting in executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and trade shows. - Building strong relationships with dealers and channel partners. - Handling dealer queries, providing product training, and ensuring smooth operations. - Negotiating schemes, discounts, and promotional offers as per company policy. - Gathering customer feedback to enhance product and service quality. - Coordinating with the supply chain team for timely delivery and issue resolution. - Submitting daily field activity reports, sales data, and competitor analysis. - Maintaining accurate dealer and customer records for performance tracking. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Technology, or a related field. - 1-3 years of field sales experience in home textiles / FMCG / consumer goods. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive attitude. - Knowledge of home textile products and retail distribution channels. - Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork. - Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM or ERP tools is a plus. Key Competencies: - Self-motivated and target-driven. - Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. - Ability to adapt to different markets and handle field challenges. - Team player with excellent problem-solving skills. In addition to the competitive compensation ranging from 12000 to 25000, you will also receive travel allowance and sales incentives. The probation period for this full-time, permanent role is 3 months.,
