Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Leadership & Strategic Planning

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Strong strategic thinking for short-term targets and long-term market positioning.
Decision-making based on data and market insights.

2. Market & Industry Knowledge

Deep understanding of
our product portfolio
(e.g.,FMCG, retail, etc.).
Strong knowledge of competitor landscape and emerging market trends.
Ability to identify new market opportunities and revenue streams.

3. Sales & Distribution Management

Expertise in managing
distributors, sub-distributors, and channel partners
.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in territory mapping and sales forecasting.

4. Client & Relationship Management

Strong networking skills with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Ability to maintain long-term relationships while expanding market reach.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making

Proficiency in
sales analytics, CRM tools, and MIS reporting

Ability to track KPIs and implement performance improvement plans.

6. Communication & Collaboration

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
