Respond to client inquiries, provide updates on application status, and assist with interview preparation or other requirements. Maintain organized client files, records, and invoices while ensuring confidentiality. Address challenges such as incomplete applications or complex cases with strategic solutions. Collaborate with sales, customer service, or legal teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
