Job Overview

As a Visa Consultant, you will guide clients through the visa application process for travel, work, study, or immigration purposes. Your expertise in visa regulations and documentation ensures compliance with immigration laws and a seamless application experience. You will work with individuals, families, or businesses, collaborating with embassies, consulates, and internal teams to achieve successful visa outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on visa types, eligibility, requirements, and application procedures based on their needs (e.g., student, work, business, or family visas).
• Assist clients in gathering, reviewing, and verifying documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and submit visa applications to relevant authorities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Communicate with embassies, consulates, or immigration agencies to track application status and resolve issues.
• Stay informed about changes in visa and immigration laws to provide accurate guidance.
• Respond to client inquiries, provide updates on application status, and assist with interview preparation or other requirements.
• Maintain organized client files, records, and invoices while ensuring confidentiality.
• Address challenges such as incomplete applications or complex cases with strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, or legal teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Salary

• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
