The Logistics Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing logistics projects, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves generating sales leads, converting them into long-term customers, and coordinating with operations to deliver efficient logistics solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics and supply chain services.
Plan and execute logistics sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Develop and manage end-to-end logistics projects (transportation, warehousing, distribution, etc.).
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project plans to clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with customers.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of logistics projects.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Track and report project performance, analyse sales data, and forecast future opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Project development and management experience.
Analytical and problem-solving ability.
Customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
3-6years of experience in logistics or sales, preferably in a project-based business.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing logistics projects.
