Job Title: F&B manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant, banquet hall, and room service. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and profitability while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, banquet hall, and room service.

• Plan and execute dining services for regular guests and special events.

• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff.

• Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and training sessions.

• Develop schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and events.

Guest Experience

• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided consistently.

• Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Maintain an understanding of customer preferences to enhance service offerings.

Menu Planning & Quality Control

• Collaborate with chefs to create innovative and seasonal menus.

• Monitor food and beverage quality to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.

• Conduct regular tastings and quality checks.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage the F&B budget, focusing on cost efficiency and profitability.

• Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to control food and beverage costs.

• Analyze sales and revenue reports to identify areas for improvement.

Event Coordination

• Work closely with the banquet team to plan and execute weddings, corporate events, and other gatherings.

• Ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen, service staff, and clients for successful event execution.

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, including licenses, health inspections, and safety guidelines.

• Keep updated on industry trends and implement best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in a hotel or luxury dining setting.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Knowledge of food safety standards and inventory management.

• Proficiency in using F&B management software and tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Guest satisfaction scores and feedback.

Revenue growth and profit margins.

Staff performance and retention rates.

Food cost percentage and inventory control efficiency.

Successful execution of events and banquets.
