Job Description

1. Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all food & beverage outlets.
  • Ensure smooth service flow, quality standards, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per regulations.

2. Staff Leadership & Training

  • Supervise, train, and motivate service and kitchen teams.
  • Prepare staff schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure adequate manpower.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans.

3. Customer Service & Guest Satisfaction

  • Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle escalations effectively.
  • Monitor feedback, resolve complaints, and consistently improve service quality.
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests and corporate clients.

4. Inventory & Cost Control

  • Manage procurement of food, beverages, and consumables.
  • Maintain stock levels, minimize wastage, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Work with suppliers for quality products, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.

5. Financial Management

  • Prepare F&B budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reports.
  • Monitor revenue, cost of goods, labor cost, and profitability targets.
  • Implement upselling strategies and optimize menu performance.

6. Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, fire safety, and occupational safety norms.
  • Maintain SOPs, checklists, and operational guidelines for all outlets.
  • Ensure licenses and certifications (bar license, hygiene, etc.) are up to date.

7. Menu Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate with chefs for menu planning, pricing, and food presentation.
  • Assist in planning promotions, seasonal menus, and special events.
  • Monitor food quality, portion size, and plating standards.

8. Guest Experience Enhancement

  • Implement loyalty programs, guest engagement strategies, and service innovations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure service excellence.

9. Event & Banquet Coordination

  • Oversee banquet operations, catering services, and event planning.
  • Coordinate with clients, kitchen, and service teams for seamless execution.

10. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain daily reports, incident logs, attendance, and cost sheets.
  • Conduct team meetings and ensure communication across departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,721.03 - ₹53,487.76 per month
