Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Cost Controller to join our team at Nile Hotel Management Company, with 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage costs to ensure profitability and budget adherence.
Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize inventory and reduce waste.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and improve quality.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform menu planning and pricing decisions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Lead and motivate a team of cost controllers to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage cost control within the hospitality industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
