Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Cost Controller to join our team at Nile Hotel Management Company, with 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage food and beverage costs to ensure profitability and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize inventory and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and improve quality.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform menu planning and pricing decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and motivate a team of cost controllers to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage cost control within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
