Job Description

As an F&B Cost Controller at our restaurant chain, your role will involve managing and optimizing food and beverage costs to ensure cost efficiency while upholding quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze food & beverage costs across multiple outlets. - Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliations. - Develop and implement cost control policies to minimize wastage and variance. - Collaborate with procurement and kitchen teams to optimize purchasing and portioning. - Prepare cost reports and present financial insights to management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management. - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in F&B cost control. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel. - Experience in multi-outlet restaurant operations preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at our various outlets.,
