Job Description

As a F&B Captain at The Bombay Canteen & O Pedro , you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are the characteristics of our dining experience.
Ensure your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding Food & Beverage offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.
We have two roles open, one at The Bombay Canteen and the other at O Pedro.
This role will report to the Restaurant Manager of the respective location. Our flagship restaurant, The Bombay Canteen showcases the wealth of India s cuisine by recreating local, seasonal dishes and reinterpreting age old Indian culinary traditions in a frequently changing menu.
