Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Associate to join our team at Trident, with 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare and cook food according to recipes and menus.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen facilities.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an F&B Associate or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
