Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Associate to join our team at Copper Leaf Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare and cook food according to recipes and menus.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of food storage areas and serving areas.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an F&B Associate or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation is essential.
