Internship-to-Full-Time Opportunity Sales / Consignment – High-end Pre-owned Luxury Fashion Location: Mumbai / Delhi Department: Sales / Consignment – Preowned Luxury Fashion Are you a recent fashion graduate passionate about luxury retail and looking to kick-start your career in the fashion industry? We’re offering an exciting internship opportunity that could lead to full-time employment as a Sales Manager / Consignment Manager in our luxury fashion division. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and fashion-savvy, with a desire to learn the inner workings of luxury merchandise planning and sales strategy. Key Responsibilities: Assist in selecting merchandise, placing orders, and tracking inventory flow Analyze past sales trends to support replenishment and inventory decisions Stay current with fashion and market trends to inform selling / buying strategies Ensure commercial viability and timely availability of products Support the planning and execution of merchandising strategies Collaborate with internal teams, buyers, and suppliers for smooth operations Help forecast sales, manage budgets, and plan product ranges Contribute to visual merchandising to enhance customer engagement Monitor stock levels, manage markdowns/promotions, and maintain inventory accuracy Assist in building and nurturing customer and channel partner relationships Stay informed on industry best practices and innovations What We’re Looking For: Recent graduate or final year students in Fashion Management, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field Strong interest in luxury retail and merchandising Analytical mindset with attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis tools is a plus Why Join Us?
