Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Factory Supervisor located in Bengaluru. The Factory Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and workflow optimization. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with teams to meet deadlines, and improving operational efficiency while maintaining a safe working environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements for operational excellence.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, with prior experience in supervisory roles.
