Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Supervisor for a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru. The Factory Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure quality standards, and manage production workflows. The role includes ensuring optimal production planning, supervising operations, enforcing safety protocols, and tracking performance metrics to meet production targets efficiently. As part of the job, the supervisor will also coordinate with teams to identify areas for process improvement and ensure smooth and effective factory operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Production Planning and Production Management
• Proficiency in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards
• Expertise in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and process improvements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Experience in a factory or manufacturing setting; familiarity with equipment and compliance regulations is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
