The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, ensure product quality, optimize production efficiency, and lead a team of operators and technicians. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day plant operations, including crushing, milling, drying, activation, and packaging of bentonite. Ensure production targets and dispatch timelines are met. Manage manpower and allocate tasks to shift operators and technicians. Monitor plant equipment and coordinate routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Maintain production records, material inventory, and process logs. Implement safety procedures. Coordinate with the QC team to ensure product consistency and adherence to specifications. Liaise with management on production planning and raw material procurement. Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations. Requirements 4–8 years of experience in a mineral, bentonite, or similar industries Sound knowledge of industrial processing equipment (grinding and drying systems.). Leadership ability to manage a team and take ownership of plant operations. Proficiency in maintaining daily production reports and shift logs. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Willingness to stay near the plant location and be available for emergencies.
