Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day plant operations, including crushing, milling, drying, activation, and packaging of bentonite. Ensure production targets and dispatch timelines are met. Manage manpower and allocate tasks to shift operators and technicians. Monitor plant equipment and coordinate routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Maintain production records, material inventory, and process logs. Implement safety procedures. Coordinate with the QC team to ensure product consistency and adherence to specifications. Liaise with management on production planning and raw material procurement. Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations. Requirements 4–8 years of experience in a mineral, bentonite, or similar industries Sound knowledge of industrial processing equipment (grinding and drying systems.).
