Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Factory Production Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Factory Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensuring the efficient and effective manufacture of high-quality furniture pieces. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, supervising production staff, maintaining quality control standards, and implementing safety protocols. The role requires a focus on optimizing production processes and meeting manufacturing targets.
