Yo-Tana is a leading manufacturer of industrial filtration systems, specializing in high-performance filter presses, filter plates, and customized automation for various industries including chemicals, food & beverage, and wastewater treatment. Known for precision engineering and commitment to quality, we are expanding and seeking a dynamic Factory Manager to drive operational excellence at our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight:

Plan, monitor, and manage day-to-day production activities to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing of filter presses and components.

• Process Optimization:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety while reducing waste and downtime.

• Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead a team of supervisors, technicians, and shop-floor workers. Provide training, performance evaluations, and enforce discipline as required.

• Quality Control:

Work closely with the QA/QC team to ensure all products meet Yo-Tana’s stringent quality standards and ISO requirements.

• Inventory & Materials Management:

Coordinate with the planning and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and manage stock levels efficiently.

• Maintenance Coordination:

Ensure proper upkeep of machinery and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with the maintenance team.

• Health, Safety & Compliance:

Ensure the factory complies with all relevant HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations and internal safety protocols.

• ERP & Reporting:

Utilize Odoo ERP for BOM creation, production tracking, and documentation. Generate regular MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field. MBA/PGDM is a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in factory operations, preferably in capital goods or industrial manufacturing.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (preferably Odoo).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and production planning techniques.
• Familiarity with welding, machining, and assembly processes is desirable.
