Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

Your role will involve designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and instrumentation specifically tailored for industrial equipment, focusing on filter press technology. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, routine maintenance, and adherence to safety standards will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency, safety, and reliability of our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Design, install, and maintain electrical systems and instrumentation for industrial equipment, emphasizing filter press technology. - Collaborate with mechanical and process engineers to optimize equipment performance. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations. - Conduct routine maintenance, testing, and calibration of control systems and instrumentation. - Diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime. - Develop preventative maintenance programs for electrical systems and instrumentation. - Support process improvement through automation and upgrades. - Document all related activities, including schematics and calibration reports. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting. - Proficiency in filter press operations, PLC programming, SCADA systems, and automation processes. - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on complex issue resolution. - Excellent communication and collaborative skills. Preferred Skills: - Hands-on experience in automation systems and process control for filtration processes. - Knowledge of modern control systems like DCS and VFDs. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Certifications in instrumentation or electrical safety are advantageous. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Sanand, Gujarat. Relocation to the area is preferred for seamless work commencement.
