The Factory Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and resource allocation. Responsibilities include supervising teams to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and implementing strategies to meet production goals. The position involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery and maintaining compliance with industry standards and company objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management Strong understanding of Quality Control and ensuring compliance with industry standards Experience in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations Proven leadership and team management skills Ability to analyze production data for continuous improvement and efficiency Excellent organizational and communication skills Familiarity with safety regulations in a manufacturing setting Diploma/degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field 1+ years of experience in factory or manufacturing management
