Role Description The Factory Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Alangulam, Tirunelveli. The responsibilities include overseeing daily factory operations, managing production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and optimising manufacturing efficiency. Additional tasks involve monitoring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring seamless workflow to meet production goals. Qualifications Proven expertise in Production Planning, Production Management, and overseeing manufacturing processes. Strong skills in Quality Control and ensuring consistent adherence to established standards and procedures. Proficiency in Operations Management with a focus on streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Experience in managing Manufacturing Operations, including resource allocation and supervision of factory staff. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced certifications in production or operations management are a plus. Knowledge of industrial safety standards and compliance requirements. Experience in agricultural product manufacturing is advantageous.
