Job Description

Objective: To oversee and manage all facility operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and cost-effective functioning of the site. The Facility Manager will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality facility services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management Supervise day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and technical services. Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment and infrastructure. Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, DG fuel, etc.) and implement cost-control measures. Maintain site documentation such as checklists, logs, attendance, and reports. 2. Client Coordination Act as the single point of contact for the client regarding facility operations. Attend regular client review meetings and ensure timely resolution of complaints. Ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance and prepare monthly performance reports. 3. Vendor & Team Management Manage vendor performance and ensure adherence to contract terms. Supervise on-site staff (housekeeping, technicians, security, etc.) and ensure discipline, grooming, and attendance. Conduct regular training for staff to maintain service standards. 4. Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations (Fire, Electrical, PF, ESI, etc.). Conduct safety audits, emergency drills, and ensure readiness of firefighting systems. Maintain hygiene, pest control, and waste management standards. 5. Budgeting & Reporting Prepare and manage site budgets for maintenance, utilities, and manpower. Track expenses and optimize operational costs. Submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports to management. Requirements: Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 5–10 years of experience in facility operations (residential/commercial/industrial). Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and client handling Knowledge of HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, and electrical systems Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software Preferred: Exposure to CAFM/CMMS systems (like Zoho, MyGate, or similar tools). Certification in safety management or energy management.
