Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including HVAC systems, maintenance schedules, and energy management.
Oversee facility administration tasks such as housekeeping, security, and guest services.
Develop and implement strategies for integrated facility management (IFM) to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and upgrades.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in Facilities Management or related field.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical engineering principles, plumbing systems, carpentry skills etc.
