🔧 Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician 📍 Location: [Insert Location] 🕐 Work Schedule: [Insert Shift Timings] 💼 Department: Facility Management / Engineering Job Summary:We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to manage and maintain a wide range of technical systems and equipment including fire safety systems, HVAC units, chillers, AHUs, electrical systems, UPS, and DG sets. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, safety, and uptime of all facility assets. Key Responsibilities:🔥 Fire Safety:Inspect, test, and maintain fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment. Ensure compliance with fire safety standards and perform monthly audits. ❄️ HVAC & AHU:Operate, inspect, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs). Perform routine maintenance such as filter changes, belt replacements, and refrigerant top-ups. 🌬️ Chiller Systems:Monitor chiller performance, record readings, and conduct preventive maintenance. Diagnose and repair faults in chillers and related control panels. ⚡ Electrical:Carry out electrical maintenance and repair works including wiring, lighting, switchgear, and distribution panels. Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks on electrical panels and circuits. 🔋 UPS & DG:Operate and maintain Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) systems and Diesel Generators (DG). Ensure all backup systems are tested and operational during outages or as per schedule. 📋 General:Maintain daily maintenance logs and reports. Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Coordinate with Facility Manager/Engineers for task assignments and reporting. Handle breakdowns and emergency situations efficiently. Requirements:Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Air Conditioning or related trade. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Facility Management or Building Maintenance. Skills Required: Strong knowledge in electrical systems, HVAC, DG, UPS, and fire systems. Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals. Hands-on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills. Familiarity with safety regulations and standards. Certifications: Fire Safety / Electrical License (Preferred)
