Maintenance Technician

📝 Role Summary:We are hiring for a Maintenance Site Technician (MST) who will be responsible for the upkeep and smooth operation of all site-based technical systems, including electrical, HVAC, UPS, and mechanical services. The ideal candidate should be proactive in identifying issues, resolving breakdowns, and ensuring preventive maintenance is consistently carried out. 🎓 Qualification:Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC (Preferred) 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on: HVAC systems (including AHUs, FCUs, split units) UPS systems – routine checks, backup tests, and basic repairs Electrical panels, lighting circuits, and DB maintenance Chillers – monitor performance and support servicing Pumps, valves, and piping systems Respond to breakdowns and technical issues promptly Maintain daily maintenance checklists and site logs Follow safety protocols and coordinate with the technical manager for escalations Assist in technical inspections, audits, and compliance reviews 💼 Required Skills:Strong technical troubleshooting ability Practical knowledge of UPS systems and backup load management Sound understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings Experience with HVAC maintenance and general utility systems Good communication and reporting skills Willingness to work in rotational shifts 🕒 Work Schedule:9 Hours per Shift Rotational Shifts (Morning/Night) 4 Weekly Offs 💰 Compensation:Take-home Salary: ₹24,000/- per month 📅 Availability:Only Immediate Joiners will be considered 📩 Apply Now:Send your CV via WhatsApp to: Karthik – Technical Manager 📞 +91 90635 85819
