Job Purpose:

• Responsible for making sure that buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them.
• Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, reporting on and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results.
• Oversee the company’s facility operations, manage staff, manage office moves and manage janitorial and/or other vendors, all while remaining in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
  

Your tasks:

• Manage FM operations staff and vendors
• Lead facilities-related activities on a daily basis
• Develop and maintain facilities services databases
• Manage the scheduling, maintenance, inspection, reporting and monitoring of all Electrical systems,UPS, HVAC, MHE, utilities and other facility systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Driving Sustainability initiatives: Knowledge in solar system , different energy saving systems implementation
• Manage vendor contact relationships
• Update facility floor plans
• Participate in move management activities
• Maintain and repair facilities/ manage preventative and predictive maintenance of equipment
• Landlord building services
• Administrative Assistant support
• Procure office supplies
• Supervise mailroom and receptionist duties
• Manage facility related projects
  

Your profile:

• Bilingual: English/ local language as needed
  

Experience Level:

• 5-10 years of relevant Facility Management Experience ( Experience in managing the multiple warehouse facilities Developer, large corporations In-House FM Specialist, outsourced FM service provider)
• 1-4 years leadership experience (staff and/or vendor)
  

Education Level:

• Relevant University Engineering Degree : Electrical Engineering & Mechanical Engineering
