Job Purpose:
- Responsible for making sure that buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them.
- Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, reporting on and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results.
- Oversee the company’s facility operations, manage staff, manage office moves and manage janitorial and/or other vendors, all while remaining in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Your tasks:
- Manage FM operations staff and vendors
- Lead facilities-related activities on a daily basis
- Develop and maintain facilities services databases
- Manage the scheduling, maintenance, inspection, reporting and monitoring of all Electrical systems,UPS, HVAC, MHE, utilities and other facility systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Driving Sustainability initiatives: Knowledge in solar system , different energy saving systems implementation
- Manage vendor contact relationships
- Update facility floor plans
- Participate in move management activities
- Maintain and repair facilities/ manage preventative and predictive maintenance of equipment
- Landlord building services
- Administrative Assistant support
- Procure office supplies
- Supervise mailroom and receptionist duties
- Manage facility related projects
Your profile:
- Bilingual: English/ local language as needed
Experience Level:
- 5-10 years of relevant Facility Management Experience ( Experience in managing the multiple warehouse facilities Developer, large corporations In-House FM Specialist, outsourced FM service provider)
- 1-4 years leadership experience (staff and/or vendor)
Education Level:
- Relevant University Engineering Degree : Electrical Engineering & Mechanical Engineering
