Role Description This is a full-time role for a Field Officer located in Ahmedabad. The Field Officer will be responsible for managing the day to day operations for House-keeping staff and Security guards, including supervisions of maintenance, cleanliness, health and safety, security and waste management. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree or higher in any field. · Minimum of 2 years of experience as a field officer. · Strong leadership and communications skills to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments · Ability to work independently as well as with team and self-motivated individual · In charge of security personnel for all aspects at the place of duty and ensure its smooth functioning to the fullest satisfaction of clients. · Manpower handling, leading the field team, & encouraging them to work up to the mark. · Responsible for training, replacement of the staff and issuing of uniforms to employee. · Responsible for complete employee of the gate during shift. · Daily checks turn out of guards at the duty place and report to head. · Responsible for arranging security at place in case the existing employee is on leave/absent. · Brief employees about their roles and responsibilities. · To check whether guards are maintaining attendance, vehicle movement and inward and outward registers. · To ensure all stores, offices are locked and keys deposited / issued as per SOP · Meeting client on frequent intervals, Establish and maintain cordial relationship with the Client, submitting monthly invoice and collection of payment. · To check & verify daily security deployment and submit attendance report once in a week to HR/FMS Admin departments for processing salary and Invoice to clients. · Give proper training to mold the employees in such a way that they should follow company procedure.
