Job Description

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

2. Excellent communication skills and leadership ability.

3. Knowledge of House Keeping Materials/Chemicals and Machinery/Equipment’s.

4. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company and good with conflict management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all soft services including Housekeeping, Horticulture, Pest control and Pantry services.
Demonstrated skills in handling manpower of over 50 plus in last 3-4 years.
Perform efficiently while working in high-pressure situations.
Prepare and maintain all essential reports such as DMR, MMR, MIS, and other site-related documentation.
Ensure high-quality service delivery with strong customer service standards and client satisfaction.
IFMA and HSE knowledge/certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
