Job Description

1. Facility Operations & Maintenance

Manage all hard services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG, STP/RO, building maintenance).
Oversee soft services (housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping, cafeteria services).
Ensure 24/7 uptime of critical infrastructure and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
Handle vendor management, AMC supervision, and service quality monitoring.

2. Client Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact between TCS and the facility management team.
Attend daily/weekly review meetings with TCS stakeholders.
Provide timely updates, MIS reports, compliance reports, and operational dashboards.

3. Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with TCS safety protocols, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
Conduct safety drills, risk assessments, and follow EHS guidelines.
Maintain documentation for fire safety, equipment logs, and government compliances.

4. Vendor & Staff Management

Supervise housekeeping, security, technicians, and support staff.
Monitor manpower deployment and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Oversee vendor performance and contract compliance.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

Track facility operational expenses and optimize cost without compromising quality.
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.

6. Guest & Employee Experience

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and workplace readiness.
Handle escalations related to infrastructure, seating arrangements, and employee concerns.
Support events, VIP visits, and client walkthroughs.
